Education
- I graduated in Law in 1994 from the University of Milan, with a thesis on enforcement procedures: “The intervention of creditors in substitution”, supervisor Prof. Achille Saletti.
- From 1996 to 2000 I was a member of the Tribunal for Patients' Rights in Omegna, providing consultancy on medical malpractice and medical liability.
- From 1996 to 2002 I held the position of Ombudsman at the Municipality of Omegna, providing advice and protection to citizens in their dealings with the public administration.
- In 2002 I opened my Law Firm in Omegna and in 2008 in Verbania.
- Since 2010 I have served as Bankruptcy Trustee, Judicial Commissioner, and Crisis Manager for Over-indebtedness at the Court of Verbania.
- Since 2018 I have been registered in the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers authorized to practice before the Higher Courts.
- Since 2023 I have been registered in the Register of Business Crisis Managers held by the Ministry of Justice.
